This Tuesday is Doctor Who Day.
To celebrate the DWRS wants you to take a Doctor Who book with you into work. Read it on the buses and trains or read it in your tea rooms. Just don't read it in your car. And when people ask why your reading it tell them about Doctor Who day and the DWRS! Kasterborous have published an article on us, with an interview to follow.

Have a read. Also, we've opened up a little shop on site. Anything ordered through our little shop goes towards supporting the DWRS. We have a forum now.
Please feel free to come in and have a look around. We shall be developing it over the next few weeks and would appreciate any and all feedback. You may have noticed the odd banner for other websites at the bottom of certain pages. These have been provided by the Doctor Who Banner Exchange Program and in each time you click on one of these banners then a banner for the DWRS appears on one of the exchanges websites.
So, want to help spread the word? Then get clicking! When it started the DWRS was just me, but in recent months and weeks it's grown and taken on board several new faces to help with the running.
Jesse Lax has been helping for quite a while now. Initially he came on board to offer some help with our logo, but since then has refused to stop working on designs for the site. Therefore it's my great pleasure to welcome Jesse officially onto the team. I'm pretty excited about the new themes Jesse has been working on for the site. Greig Byrne has been loitering on the edges of the DWRS for some months, but in the last few weeks has come fully into the fold. Greig will be doing some IT management for us as well as working his way through the Doctor Who books, starting with the New Adventures, and letting us know what he thinks. You may have read Greig's work before in the sports section of the Herald Hector van Bismark has chosen to involve himself in the site and has promised us some interesting content to follow in the coming months. We remain as curious as you do... Going over the Lance Parkin page I realised that there were 8 books in total. Far too many for a single collection I'm afraid.
